I tried running off to the right like some dwarf is supposed to at some point, and I do see a broken-down airship, but there's no Amber anywhere around it. I have been completely unable to use Rell's abilities, or even see his sprite instead of that of my character. I read that UI errors can cause it to mess up, so I disabled my entire setup of addons and just tried with the default WoW UI.
I've read that pets can cause problems, so I dismissed mine. However, no matter what I do, I've never gotten put into the quest "vehicle" body. As I understand things, accepting the quest should put me in Rell's body with his skills available, and transfer me to the quest location.

Tip: If it looks like you are going to die, exit the vehicle which will take you back to the start. The abilities are single target, so take down each hozen before moving on to the next as the damage from more than one for too long will overwhelm you and you can’t heal or drink health pots. The Hozen come out one at a time, but you will likely still be dealing with one as the next comes out. The strat to do this is fairly simple: make sure you use the Masterful Strike and Twin Strike abilities on cooldown. You will be attacked by 3x 85 elite Hozen (with 632k health) and then by General Rik-Rik, another 85 elite (with 1264k health). When you accept the quest, you are transported to Fox Grove as Rell Nightwind to relive the events of Rell’s story.
